- Facilitates cross-functional teams for low complexity product development projects, ensuring that all activities are in conformance with company's established PDI process
- Develops, manages, and reports on the project plan, schedule, and budget
- Applies sound meeting management techniques; provides agendas and manages to them, generating and publishing meeting minutes with associated action items, etc.
- Regulatory:
- Collaborates closely with Engineering and Product Management to secure and maintain product regulatory compliance
- Provides guidance to product development teams regarding cost and lead-time to secure regulatory certifications
- Facilitate regulatory submittals for Bothell new product development and sustaining projects, including issuing RFQs, entering requisitions, coordination between Leviton engineers and regulatory agency, monitoring progress, and issuing notification when submittal is complete
- Works closely with third-party regulatory bodies to ensure timely service delivery, control costs, and to resolve conflicts
- Technologically savvy, self-starting, skilled at solving problems, strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management (multitasking and prioritizing)
- A self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented focus willing and capable of assuming additional responsibilities
- Ability to define and implement solutions to problems resulting from processes or procedural issues
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) required
- Engineering degree highly desirable
