This role collaborates closely with the Community HR Department and Hiring Managers to ensure effective staffing strategies, a positive candidate experience, and alignment with organizational goals.Benefits:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to?
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees and manager inquires
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
  • Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries.
  • Maintain employee files including licensing
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data.
  • Assist with screening recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
  • Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
  • Maintain database reflecting status of all new hires, pending and present.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-functional HR environment.
  • Previous healthcare experience seeking talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes preferred.
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices or ability to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Salary: $27-$29/hour - 40 hours per weekMonday through Friday, occasional weekends and evenings for special eventsEEO Employer
