- Serve as the point of contact for employees and manager inquires
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
- Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries.
- Maintain employee files including licensing
- Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data.
- Assist with screening recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
- Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
- Maintain database reflecting status of all new hires, pending and present.
- 2-4 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-functional HR environment.
- Previous healthcare experience seeking talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes preferred.
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices or ability to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
