Schedule: Typical schedule is 45 hours, 5 days/per week (will include weekends, evenings, and holidays)Housing: May not be included - most employees find housing in Gardiner, MT, Emigrant, MT or Livingston, MTMust Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience managing a high volume rooms operations.

- Lead all aspects of lodging operations to meet financial, service, and operational goals across nine hotels/lodges, four campgrounds, and one RV park.
- Recruit, train, and support the Lodging Support Office team, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Campgrounds, Camper Services, Custodial Services, and Laundry.
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets for all lodging functions.
- Oversee annual replacement of amenities, soft goods, and mattresses/box springs.
- Partner with Engineering to coordinate lodging-related repairs and construction.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to improve operational systems and efficiencies.
- Oversee the Gardiner Commercial Laundry Facility and its team, ensuring efficient, high-quality service for all lodging locations.
- Maintain positive working relationships with the National Park Service.
- Manage and execute FF&E replacement schedules—design, procurement, and installation—on time and within budget.
- Lead the development and execution of the annual capital plan for lodging.
- Participate in Yield Management to optimize revenue and occupancy while balancing seasonal and operational variables.
- Serve as liaison to Regional Location Managers on lodging-related matters.
- Foster a culture of service, accountability, and professionalism across teams.
- Align Yellowstone lodging programs with company-wide initiatives and standards.
- Incorporate sustainable practices in support of corporate and park-wide goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience managing a high volume rooms operations.
- Experience with high volume commercial laundry facilities is preferred.
- Proven leadership in hospitality operations, budgeting, and capital planning.
- Strong organizational, strategic planning, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with financial analysis, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and kneel as needed.
- Ability to lift 5–50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at high altitude and in variable environmental conditions.
