If you are a self-motivated individual who is interested in supply chain, accounting, and the operation of Yellowstone National Park, we have a position for you!Job Summary:This position is responsible for managing, training, and directing our field warehouse staff positions towards the goal of maximizing service to all food and beverage outlets while maintaining physical and systematic control of warehouse inventory. This position will also entail, working with other members of the Purchasing and Warehousing teams to respond to operational or service situations as they arise.The Details:
Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay: Wage will be discussed during the interview depending on experience

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional internal customer service by supporting remote warehouse operations in alignment with the mission of “Legendary Hospitality with a Softer Footprint”
  • Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff (managers, leads, and seasonal employees), including performance support, payroll processing, and documentation
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance through regular audits of inventory control, purchasing processes, product rotation, temperature monitoring, and minimizing spoilage/damages
  • Oversee safety and sustainability initiatives by establishing departmental safety policies, training programs, and integrating sustainability practices into warehouse operations
  • Develop and maintain warehouse systems and procedures, including manuals, training materials, filing/documentation processes, and Cloudsuite warehouse systems expertise
  • Manage seasonal warehouse operations, including setup, inventory layouts, initial deliveries, ongoing monthly inventories, maintenance, compliance with food safety standards, and end-of-season closures
  • Foster strong working relationships between warehouses and internal departments to anticipate needs, resolve challenges, and support customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and warehouse staff to adapt processes to business needs, handle residual inventory, vendor returns, and ensure efficient use of storage space
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience producing training materials and providing training to groups
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes and best Food & Beverage practices preferred
  • Experience with a National Park concessionaire preferred
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Well established written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable and capable when working autonomously with varying degrees of clarity and direction
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive in anticipating and mitigating risk factors and operational requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills, history of working with people from diverse backgrounds, and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous purchasing exposure preferred
  • Experience with Infor Cloudsuite Financials & Supply Management preferred
  • Flexibility to work any hours/days including weekends and holidays as necessary to manage all field warehouse operations
  • In-Park travel required with some overnight stays on location necessary
Physical Requirements include:
  • Must be able DOT physical
  • Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 lbs. at a time. Job can be very laborious when assisting in and training warehouse operations.
