Maintain compliance of products to these requirements.Maintenance and improvement of Quality Management System and related software systems.Work with Operations, Engineering, and Sales departments to support customer needs and product throughput. Interact directly with customers and suppliers.Develop, maintain and implement quality procedures and work instructions in compliance to customer and specification requirements.Conduct audits to assure compliance to quality system, processes and schedules.Ensure customer verification and acceptance completed (FAI, PPAP or pre-production requirements)What they are looking for:ยท
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, statistics or related course of study with 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
Experience with ISO9000 / AS9100, or other high compliance standards (defense, aerospace or similar) is neededExperience with auditing, including internal and supplier audits, as well as complying with customer auditsAny experience with investment casting, metal manufacturing & machining, heat treating, or non-destructive testing (NDT) is desiredExperience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, PPAP, FMEA or root cause analysis is helpful
