- Understand and use quality assurance specifications, standard test procedures, blueprints/drawings, and other engineering specification
- Perform incoming inspections of materials and components
- Perform in-process quality control inspections and document results of tests/inspections
- Identify, segregate and label non-conforming product. Notify management of non-conforming product
- Maintain quality records as per documented procedures, including test data and retained samples. Communicate inspection findings with appropriate Quality, Production and Engineering personnel
- Assemble job books for production
- Perform quality inspections
- $20-$24/hour (based on experience)
- $2/hour shift premium (3rd shift only)
- First Shift
- Monday - Friday | 6am 2pm
- Thirds Shift
- Sunday - Thursday | 10pm - 6am (must be willing to train on first shift for at least 60-days)
- High School Diploma of GED
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Prior experience with SQF certification preferred
- Prior experience utilizing testing equipment preferred
- Prior experience utilizing /reading measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Keen attention to detail with good organization and communication skills
- Physical demands: bending, carrying, crouching, reaching, pulling, pushing, and walking. Frequent keyboarding.
