- Hands-on working foreman leading industrial crews to install, modify, and repair plant power and controls safely, on schedule, and to spec.
- 2+ years Industrial electrical experience (not residential/commercial).
- Medium-voltage experience (1–15 kV).
- Experience with switchgear/MCCs, rigid conduit, cable tray, terminations.
- Blueprint/schematic reading, crew leadership.
- Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and are willing to undergo a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check.
- PLC/VFD familiarity, testing (megger/IR/hi-pot).
- OSHA-30, NCCER, state license.
