Industrial Electrical Foreman

• Hands-on working foreman leading industrial crews to install, modify, and repair plant power and controls safely, on schedule, and to spec.

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and maintenance work. Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable codes (NEC, OSHA, NFPA, local regulations).
• Plan and allocate resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor progress, inspect completed work, and maintain quality control throughout the project.
• Enforce safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with company safety policies.
• Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and support to electricians and apprentices.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to coordinate site activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to avoid delays or rework.
• Prepare daily reports, maintain job logs, and communicate project updates to management.
