Industry: ManufacturingPosition OverviewThe Controller will oversee the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance, while supporting leadership with strategic insights and decision-making. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in manufacturing accounting and strong technical skills in WIP, percentage of completion, transfer pricing, and related areas.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closePrepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAPManage percentage of completion, WIP schedules, and transfer pricingOversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for multiple profit centersEnsure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external audit requirementsPartner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendationsMaintain and improve processes using RFMS and NetSuiteMentor and support accounting staff as neededQualificationsActive CPA license (required)Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller roleStrong background in manufacturing accounting (percentage of completion, WIP, transfer pricing)Hands-on experience with RFMS and NetSuite preferredProven ability to manage multi-entity operations and revenue centersStrong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilities
