- Prepare accurate, timely and thorough paperwork on all deals for efficient processing
- Establish and maintain relationships with viable finance sources i
- Presents finance and lease options, as well as a menu with all applicable products to all customers
- Provides thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties to all customers
- Use interview and menu presentation on 100% of deals
- Provide training to sales consultants on presentation to customers of finance and lease options
- Acquire and maintain any necessary licensure to sell F&I products as required by local and state regulations
- Maintain a F&I daily operating control and submit it to GSM & GM
- Review and audit all paperwork to ensure timely funding, reduce funding delays and carefully monitor dealership’s contracts in transit (CIT)
- Monitor deal flow to ensure timely billing of all contracts
- Adhere to dealership pricing and disclosure policies
- Adhere to all OFAC & Red Flag Regulations as they apply to customer information
- Prepare all State, Federal & bank compliant paperwork for each sale
- Remain knowledgeable on any and all changes of laws and regulations that apply to the F&I department
- Monitor CSI scores as they relate to the department
- Reliable attendance on scheduled work days
- Electronically validate deals with MBFS
- Communicate all Due Bill items with appropriate party and follow up to ensure all work is completed
- Collect any and all bank stipulations prior to contracting deal
- Maintain a working knowledge of all Colorado Tax jurisdictions and how each is applied to a lease or retail transaction
- Maintains a professional appearance and professional work performance
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Computer competency
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive industry experience
- Valid, in-state Driver’s license
- Valid Sales License
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Must have a valid Colorado Drivers License and ability to be licensed and bonded in the State of Colorado for Auto Sales
