- Cultivate and manage relationships with architects across a book of 3,000+ contacts in the LA region.
- Serve as a product expert—communicating specifications, limitations, and premium quality to influence product inclusion in spec books.
- Collaborate with local dealers to fine-tune project lists and ensure alignment across the sales pipeline.
- Drive lead generation by ensuring product lines are specified early in the design phase of high-end single-family residential projects.
- Manage a wide territory spanning Malibu to San Diego, handling all points in between.
- Track and report on territory growth and performance, earning commission based on expansion and company-wide success.
- Strong knowledge of architectural sales, particularly in luxury residential windows and doors.
- Previous experience working with architects, designers, and high-end builders required.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills—both in-person and via email/phone.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a large territory independently.
- Comfortable working on projects of significant scale and complexity.
- Experience with premium brands—no low-end vinyl or commodity lines.
