Client Overview: Our client is a new and innovative skincare brand that is rapidly growingRole Overview: We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and versatile individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO. This position requires a multifaceted approach, as it encompasses responsibilities ranging from managing household affairs and family matters to supporting executive-level tasks within the company.Responsibilities
Personal Assistance:
  • Provide comprehensive assistance to the CEO in managing household affairs
  • Act as a point of contact for all personal matters, including correspondence, inquiries, and scheduling commitments.
  • Assist with childcare responsibilities, such as coordinating schedules, arranging transportation, and overseeing extracurricular activities.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the CEO and their family
Executive Assistance:
  • Support the CEO in scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders
  • Handle administrative tasks related to office management
  • Coordinate special events, functions, and gatherings on behalf of the CEO
  • Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup, managing vendors, and addressing any unforeseen issues or concerns that may arise.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in personal and executive assistance
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
