Axiom Staffing is hiring for a Warehouse Coordinator – Assembly Parts & Inventory ControlHours: 7:30 AM - 4 PMShift: 1st shiftPay: $23-25/ hrLocation: Alpharetta, GAAbout the RoleAxiom Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator with experience handling small parts used in mechanical assemblies. This role is not about moving large pallets or food items — it's about working with precision components that go into complex products. You'll be responsible for receiving, tracking, issuing, and shipping parts using our ERP system (NetSuite) to support the production of high-tech assemblies.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Receive and count small parts used in product assembly
  • Label, store, and issue components to production teams
  • Track movement of parts and finished assemblies using NetSuite ERP
  • Maintain part-level accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Shipping departments
  • Prepare shipments using UPS, FedEx, LTL, or FTL carriers
  • Work in MS Office to generate packing slips, labels, certifications, and reports
  • MUST have experience using SharePoint
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing or assembly-based environment
  • Familiarity with handling mechanical or electronic parts — not general bulk goods
  • Strong understanding of inventory processes from receiving to shipping
  • Proficiency using Microsoft SharePoint
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet standard warehouse physical demands
Preferred Backgrounds
  • Experience in industries like aerospace, defense, electronics, or precision manufacturing
  • Previous roles in inventory control, kitting, or material handling for assembly lines
