Gillette Stadium provides Food & Beverage services for Gillette Stadium, the New England Patriots and the New England Revolution.SUMMARY: Stocking of fixed and portable concession locations and vending commissaries to the proper par levels set forth by the Warehouse Lead or the Concessions Operations Manager.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPre-event setup and post-event breakdown of special event locations and concessions portablesResponsible for cleaning all concessions equipment and performing preventative maintenance as necessaryEnsure proper food handling, sanitation, and product safeguarding practices are being followed at all timesStocking of concession locations pre, during, and post events as neededSecuring all product at conclusion of eventsRemoval of waste from locationsSpecial projects and assignments as business dictatesSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory responsibilitiesSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSPrevious warehouse or product stocking experience preferredOrganized and attentive to detailEffective communication skills, oral and writtenAbility to work independently or with a team to complete tasksPrior forklift experience is a plus!PHYSICAL DEMANDSAbility to move up to 75 lbs.Ability to stand or walk for long periods of timeAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and full stadium eventsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsWORK ENVIRONMENTDue to the nature of the position, incumbents must be able to work in inclement weatherThe noise level in the work environment is usually loud on event daysCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSForklift license preferredOTHER DUTIESPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
