The Bulk/Flex Warehouse Associate plays a key role in the order fulfillment process by efficiently assembling product boxes in a designated workstation. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow a standardized packing process. No warehouse system navigation or equipment operation is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble product boxes by:
- Inserting the correct product items
- Adding required coolant/ice packs
- Sealing and taping boxes for shipment
- Work at a fixed station throughout the shift—no movement across warehouse zones
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packing and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Collaborate with leads and supervisors to resolve any packing issues
