
Hotel Sales Coordinator

- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
- Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Prepare sales presentations and support materials for prospective customers, such as suitable event space, dining and catering services, hotel bookings, and access to relevant facilities
- Increase revenues by upselling and providing additional amenities and upgrades to customers to ensure they are entirely satisfied
- Create a list of business and referral leads through research and networking and make preliminary pitches
- Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry
- Good organization and time management skills
- High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven track record of sales success
- Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
