Are you a licensed Journeyman Plumber looking for a fresh opportunity with a growing, customer-first company? Our brand-new 1 Tom Plumber South Minneapolis franchise is officially open and we're building a powerhouse team from the ground up. If you take pride in quality work, punctuality, and professional service, we want to hear from you!As a Journeyman Plumber with 1 Tom Plumber, you’ll be handling:
  • Residential and commercial plumbing service calls
  • Drain cleaning and water heater installation
  • Leak detection, pipe repairs, fixture installation, and more
  • Emergency and same-day plumbing solutions (rotating on-call schedule)
What We’re Looking For
  • Active Journeyman Plumber license Minneapolis/St. Paul MN
  • 3+ years of experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits
  • $40-45/ hour based on experience and licensing
