JOB SUMMARYEnsures a fluid work environment within the Office of the Executive Vice President and the departments they support by performing administrative and office management duties. Uses initiative and good judgment; works independently with little supervision and maintains strict confidentiality—all in support of overseeing the envisioning, designing, and innovation of the lands, worlds, and parks that define the Universal global portfolio.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages confidential information. May distribute or manage information based on direction from Executive Vice President, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
Provides administrative support for the Executive Vice President and corresponding department that may include typing, mailing, emailing, copying and other essential administrative duties.
Maintains Executive Vice President's calendar, makes all necessary arrangements for appointments and travel.
Initiate and follow-up on action items for new and/or routine projects, processes, and/or policies, includes acquiring and maintaining technology needs through standard Universal Orlando/Universal Destinations & Experiences procedures, onboarding, sourcing, and work space coordination.
Develops and maintains reports (including expense reports), databases, presentations, spreadsheets and/or files as appropriate and required.
Screens/prioritizes/directs incoming calls and mail/correspondence taking appropriate actions as necessary.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsible for coordinating and executing all administrative duties for Executive Vice President in order to ensure effective and efficient time management.
Must be efficient in Department Administration; Microsoft Office; Filing Records; Planning & Scheduling; Communicate Clearly with Team; Flexibility; Organization skills; Providing Direction to Upper Management; Writing; Database Management; Report Writing.
Proficiency with telecommunication devices (e.g., Blackberry, iPhone) strongly preferred. Familiarity with corporate communication/IT systems is a plus.
