  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of engineering and the construction industry, whether through experience or education
  • Experience shaping and providing consulting and managed services
  • 10 years of experience with project management, change management, and team management
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, identifying and shaping business opportunities, creating budgets, and developing and executing against strategies
  • Takes the initiative to learn and grow in our evolving profession
  • Up to 20% travel
Nice-to-have:
  • Project management and/or change management certification (preferred)
