  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday schedule 8am - 5pm -- flexibility for 3-4 days weekly
  • 20 - 25 patients per day
  • Family practice seeing all ages
  • DOT certification required within first 2 weeks
  • Advanced medication management and prescription responsibilities
  • We provide complimentary housing and travel
