- Support daily operations to ensure stores run efficiently.
- Assist with onboarding new brands and managing stock ordering.
- Coordinate the logistics and timelines for store launches and projects.
- Help streamline workflows and identify ways to improve efficiency.
- Help VM manager with retail project installations
- Act as a go-to contact for operational matters, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
- Work closely with retail managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
- Build strong relationships with store teams to support performance and customer satisfaction.
- Support the VM Manager with in store and brand excellence
- Gather and organize sales and operational data.
- Assist finance with timely and accurate delivery of monthly brand reports.
- Summarize key performance insights and flag areas for improvement.
- Spot bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance productivity.
- Support the rollout of best practices and new systems to optimize efficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Confident using Excel/Google Sheets for data and reporting.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.
