We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations and Logistics Coordinator to support operations, logistics, and brand launches across our US retail network. You’ll help coordinate between teams, manage workflows, and make sure our stores are set up for success every single day.Objectives of this RoleOperational Support & Retail Projects
  • Support daily operations to ensure stores run efficiently.
  • Assist with onboarding new brands and managing stock ordering.
  • Coordinate the logistics and timelines for store launches and projects.
  • Help streamline workflows and identify ways to improve efficiency.
  • Help VM manager with retail project installations
Coordination & Communication
  • Act as a go-to contact for operational matters, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
  • Work closely with retail managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
  • Build strong relationships with store teams to support performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the VM Manager with in store and brand excellence
Data & Reporting
  • Gather and organize sales and operational data.
  • Assist finance with timely and accurate delivery of monthly brand reports.
  • Summarize key performance insights and flag areas for improvement.
Process Improvement
  • Spot bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Support the rollout of best practices and new systems to optimize efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate has:
  • 2+ years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Confident using Excel/Google Sheets for data and reporting.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.
