Job Title: Summer 2026 Process Engineering InternSummary: As a Process Engineering Intern, you will lead impactful projects that optimize production performance, reduce costs, and elevate product quality. You will collaborate across teams to solve real-world challenges, drive innovation, and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of our operations.Responsibilities Include:OEE Improvement ProjectsIdentifying root causes and developing corrective actions to address top detractors for assets underperforming on OEE.Variable Cost Productivity ProjectsReducing incurred or material costs thru the implementation of process optimization opportunities. Project(s) to include financial benefit analysis.Quality Improvement ProjectsDecreasing the Cost of Poor Quality (CPQ) and/or eliminating root causes of customer complaints.Qualifications:The following are required for the rolePursuing an undergraduate or graduate (Masters) degree in Chemical, Petrochemical or Industrial Engineering.Ability to function in an industrial setting, work safely and manage multiple projects.Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications with an emphasis on Excel.Program Qualifications:The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.The candidate is expected to be available 40 hours a week for a period of 10-12 weeks between the months of May and August.What We Offer: Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00The base salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
