The TikTok Shop team's mission is to create a world class e-commerce experience that helps TikTok users find and discover amazing new products and goods. We're looking for an experienced Content Designer with e-commerce expertise to help shape UX strategies and craft content experiences that meet the needs of our users.You'll actively build relationships with stakeholders including Product Management, Product Design, Brand, Marketing, Engineering, and Localization teams to create engaging experiences, and also promote content design within TikTok. You will also partner closely with Content Designers across the TikTok Shop ecosystem, and be a pivotal partner in defining our local and global content strategies.Responsibilities:
-Execute content design and UX writing for the TikTok Shop Consumer team.
-Drive content execution for campaigns and promotions.
-Collaborate with and influence design, product, research, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, work environment.
-Meet and align with teams globally to drive a cohesive product narrative.
-Lead initiatives to improve our processes and increase our ability to drive impact.
-Craft, proofread, and edit concise, conversational product UI content.
-Contribute to and evolve TikTok Shop's regional content, voice, and style guidelines.
-Participate in design critiques to drive consistency and improve content quality across TikTok Shop.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
-1+ years of content design experience, with a portfolio including, but not limited to: user interface copy, microcopy, user education, direct or transactional emails, style guides, and product launch content.
-Experience creating content for global audiences and working in cross-cultural environments.
-Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills and the ability to drive alignment with partners and stakeholders.
-Self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirements.
-Experience collaborating with Product Management, Design, Legal, Engineering, and Localization teams.
