- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining web applications, with a focus on reliability, performance, and production systems.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies including HTML, CSS, C# or JavaScript, ASP.NET, and C#.
- Experience integrating and working with spatial data in web applications.
- Familiarity with database design and maintenance for web applications.
- Ability to implement secure access controls and manage identity at the application level.
- Experience embedding interactive data visualizations—such as charts, graphs, tables into web applications
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience designing user interfaces with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of translating stakeholder needs into functional digital solutions.
- Experience with full-stack development and RESTful APIs.
- Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines to support system availability during upgrades.
- Experience with database administration, including schema design, and integration with web applications.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
- Experience in UX/UI design, front-end development, or data visualization.
- Experience working in consulting or cross-functional environments.
- Portfolio of web-based tools and dashboards developed for public or private sector clients
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to operate and manipulate standard office equipment.
- Must be able to occasionally reach, bend, climb and/or balance.
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
