The position brings expertise in integrated marketing, leveraging public relations, digital, events, communications, content, and advertising, and marrying the goals of the partner and our organization to achieve mutually beneficial objectives. The role is responsible for partnership marketing excellence across the assigned portfolio, including leadership and development of direct report(s) on the regional partnership marketing team. Responsibilities:Direct partnership marketing for regional portfolio of corporate & foundation sponsors
Lead partnership marketing for all partners headquartered in assigned region, representing $10M+ portfolio of partnerships with top brands
Develop deep understanding of partner business objectives and industry dynamics, and effectively integrate BGCA and partner goals to develop mutually beneficial, co-branded marketing plans
Serve as marketing point for premier partnerships within the portfolio, leading planning and implementation
Lead national marketing campaigns that leverage an expert integrated approach, including public relations, events, social and digital, content development, advocacy, communications, cause marketing and advertising
Deliver expert marketing counsel that builds confidence and trust with stakeholders at all levels, including top executives at partner brands, media, local Club leadership and board members
Lead with innovation and creativity, identifying and acting upon opportunities to deepen impact with key audiences
Produce high-impact partnership marketing that elevates the value proposition for corporate investment in our mission, reinforces Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s leadership and attracts new supporters
Serve as a passionate champion of the Boys & Girls Clubs brand and ensure brand consistency and messaging that best represents the partner and our organization
Lead efforts to scale marketing activities for successful implementation within a federated model
Lead marketing for regional team, including supervision of direct report(s)
Responsible for directing all partnership marketing for the regional portfolio, leading teams and vendors to deliver results that add value, ensuring marketing deliverables are executed with excellence, and acting as an impeccable steward of partnership resources
Provide ongoing leadership, coaching and development of partnership marketing direct report(s) to deliver excellence and contribute to regional revenue goals
Hire, train, supervise, evaluate and develop a successful high-functioning team according to BGCA’s policies and procedures
Reinforces a team culture grounded in BGCA’s organizational values
Develops and implements plans and processes that advance the work for greater efficiency and impact
Conduct and/or participate in state, regional, and national staff meetings and conferences
Contribute to achievement of regional revenue goal of $10M+ and total corporate and cause revenue goal by bringing marketing expertise to partnership strategy planning, renewals/upgrades for existing partners, and solicitation and stewardship of new business development
Lead with #OneTeam approach and work effectively with cross-functional teams including Resource Development, Youth Development, Marketing & Communications, Field Operations, Legal, local Clubs, etc.
Maintain and demonstrate understanding of marketing, business, economic and corporate social responsibility trends – how they are evolving and expectations of companies and non-profits to address global and local issues, sharing timely information and learnings to broader team
Bring marketing lens to prospect strategy and cultivation, and support development of solicitation(s)
Lead with #OneTeam approach to drive partnership stewardship, growth and engagement
Contribute to annual business plans and ongoing analysis and performance tracking for partnerships, with an emphasis on marketing initiatives and a view on overall health and growth
Collaborate with partnership team to deliver a customized and dynamic stewardship plan that adds value and deepens the partner relationship
Take a proactive approach, leading with a service-oriented mindset, bringing solutions to overcome hurdles that may prevent success and display a relentless commitment to flawless execution and achievement
Identify and act upon opportunities to deepen relationships with partners via engagement of partner channels, strategies that extend the relationship and pursuit of new opportunities

Expected to lead bodies of work with integrated teams (social, digital, communications, creative, content, brand, and agencies) – this would require comfort and experience managing up, down and across the organization
Qualifications:EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations and/or similar degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years’ experience
Supervisory experience preferred, including coaching and development of direct report(s)
Demonstrated success serving as a team lead, effectively working closely with clients, executives and cross-functional leaders to achieve shared goals
Demonstrated leadership in building relationships and stewarding key stakeholders to achieve business results
Experience leading account teams within an agency setting considered a plus
Proven experience leading integrated marketing plans with excellence, with expert-level execution and demonstrated proficiency in diverse disciplines, including public relations, content/storytelling and digital/social media
Consistent record in managing-through complex or ambiguous issues among various stakeholders
Expert ability to handle multiple projects, timelines and budgets while maintaining a professional demeanor and a commitment to excellent, detail-oriented work
Advanced capabilities of Microsoft Office and other industry-relevant tools (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva and Outlook)

Approximately 25% travel (can be up to 3-5 days or more in a month, including weekends, depending upon scheduling requirements)
