Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and instructions. Use hand tools to support operations. Load, unload, and manage inventory of parts. Accurately record production data, including good and scrap parts. Perform quality checks, identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure products meet standards. Adjust machine settings and operate equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain safety, housekeeping, productivity, and quality standards, and report any safety concerns or incidents.These Manufacturing Machine Operator positions require a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience, preferably in machine operation. Candidates must be able to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and instructions, with basic reading, math, and English skills. Proficiency with hand tools and the ability to follow directions and solve routine problems are essential. Physical demands include regularly lifting up to 30 pounds, performing repetitive tasks, and manual dexterity for assembling parts. The role also involves standing, sitting, stooping, bending, and reaching above shoulders up to 25% of the time. Knowledge of MSDS and safe handling of hazardous materials is required. Candidates should work well independently or in teams, maintain regular attendance, and uphold safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
