- Invoice Management: Process and code 300+ vendor invoices monthly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with general ledger and department coding, business unit and brand alignment, and expense categorization.
- Expense Reconciliation: Review and reconcile 40+ employee expense reports monthly, ensuring policy adherence and timely reimbursement.
- Month-End Close Support: Contribute to a three-day close cycle by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts payable accounts, establishing accruals and ensuring completeness of financial data.
- Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, obtain statements, and respond to payment inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with all departments throughout the Company to ensure timely submission of invoices and expense reports, to ensure adherence to Company policy and procedures, to resolve invoice matching issues and ensure timely PO submissions.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain organized accounts payable documentation and email records; support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- General Support: Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry; provide backup support across finance operations.
- Coursework in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in accounts payable.
- Experience with Concur, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), and internal ticketing platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
