Role Summaryseeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to contribute to a supportive and professional workplace.DutiesReview, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports in accordance with company policies.Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving reports to ensure accuracy.Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9s and contact details.Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.Respond to vendor inquiries and foster positive working relationships.Assist with month-end closing by preparing accruals and reconciling the AP sub-ledger to the general ledger.Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and compliance with vendor terms.Support internal and external audits with required documentation.Contribute to process improvements and department initiatives.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma required; degree in Business or Accounting preferred.Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn additional accounting software.Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.Desired QualificationsPrior experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.Employment RequirementsSuccessful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, and TB screening.Must pass Pennsylvania Criminal History Check, PA DHS Child Abuse Clearance, Office of Inspector General check, and FBI Fingerprinting (employer-paid).CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to obtain (employer-paid).One year of experience caring for the frail elderly, or willingness to complete employer-provided training.Ability to handle confidential participant, program, and staff information with discretion.ScheduleStandard hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.Work hours may vary slightly based on departmental needs.Full Benefits
