- Manage the administration of fills and credits and maintaining bankroll
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers
- Review staffing levels to maintain full coverage to accommodate business needs
- Analyzing customer play, cheating scams, and unusual or suspicious variations of play
- Review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers
- Provide excellent customer service skills and communication skills
- Must have dealing experience and knowledge of Gaming regulations and ICMP's
- Ensure that table games dealers are providing guests with optimum service at all times
- Solving guest and employee problems or disputes
- Adhere to all department/company policies and procedures
- Analyze and control guest alcohol consumption
- Ensure all guests are of legal age to participate in limited gaming

- Supervision of table games dealers
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations' policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include auditioning and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be able to deal all games offered in the Blackjack pit area
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience required
- 1 year of supervisor/managerial experience. 2 years of experience in table games
- Must have a valid Colorado Gaming License
