- Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field of study.
- 8+ years' of commercial lending background, corporate sales, credit analysis, underwriting, and service, and a formal commercial credit training program. Required
- Sufficient accounting knowledge to analyze financial statements.
- Must be proficient with the Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheet applications.
- Must be able to underwrite and competently create a credit presentation narrative that includes company, guarantor, and collateral analysis (including the identification of risks and strengths and weaknesses of the credit facility).
- Knowledge of financial statement spreading and cash flow analysis.
- Knowledge of legal aspects of non-natural persons (Corporations, LLCs, etc.).
- Knowledge of contract law.
- Good understanding of business economics and banking.
- Working knowledge of corporate business practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial deposit and loan products.
