Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.Work You'll DoThe Manager, Analytics is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of data-driven solutions that support client programs. This role oversees the creation and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements. The Manager drives the analytics strategy, identifying opportunities to leverage data for operational efficiency and informed policy decisions. Key responsibilities include managing data quality and integration, coordinating with IT and governance teams, and serving as the primary liaison for analytics requests from stakeholders. The Manager also ensures timely and accurate federal and regulatory reporting, while providing training and support to end-users of analytics tools. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, actionable manner to diverse audiences.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for Medicaid, Eligibility, and other Human Services programs.
  • Ensure all dashboards and reports comply with federal and state reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with program teams to define key metrics and reporting needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of analytics strategies for Human Services programs, including Medicaid and Eligibility.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage data for operational improvements and policy decisions.
  • Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive analytics models to support program goals.
  • Oversee data collection, integration, and validation processes to ensure high-quality analytics outputs.
  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security across all analytics products.
  • Coordinate with IT and data governance teams to uphold data standards and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for analytics requests from program managers, executives, and external partners.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Provide training and ongoing support for end-users of analytics tools.
  • Manage the preparation and timely submission of required federal reports (e.g., CMS, SNAP, TANF).
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update reporting processes to ensure ongoing compliance.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to travel 10 - 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting and implementing Database Modeling.
  • 5 + years of experience in an Agile team structure.
  • 10 + years of experience in Federal Consulting and/ or professional services.
  • 5 + years of experience in advanced analytics utilizing tools such as Snowflake, Palantir, Databricks, and Python.
Preferred:
  • Advanced proficiency in designing and managing secure data environments.
  • Expert-level skills in cloud data warehouse (DWC).
  • Mastery in Database Modeling creating advanced scorecards, and dashboards.
  • Project Management Certified professional preferred.
