- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of administrative experience required.
- Must be willing to obtain a Florida Real Estate license within 180 days of hire.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive locally required.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn various software programs including G-Suite applications, (Gmail, Google Drive) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Salesforce, Propertyware, and Meld preferred.
- Life-changing customer service skills, particularly in owner relations.
