- Develop and implement service policies and performance standards to support business goals
- Monitor key service metrics (KPIs) including SLA and SLO compliance
- Manage department budgets, staffing, vendor contracts, and inventory
- Analyze customer feedback to drive root cause solutions and improve satisfaction
- Lead and coach a high-performing team, including managers, coordinators, and technicians
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align service delivery with customer needs
- Implement tools and systems to boost efficiency and service quality
- Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
- Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Full-time, exempt position
- Starting rate $120k per year
- On-site role at our Cerritos, California headquarters
- Typical hours are Monday-Friday, between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Occasional local and domestic travel may be required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years managing service delivery or operations
- Experience in kiosk, electronics, or tech manufacturing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and ERP systems (e.g., Abas)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communicator across all levels, including customers and executives
- PMP or other project management certification preferred
