Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this role will lead the team responsible for warranty programs, customer support, and technical services — shaping how Olea supports its customers post-sale.What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement service policies and performance standards to support business goals
  • Monitor key service metrics (KPIs) including SLA and SLO compliance
  • Manage department budgets, staffing, vendor contracts, and inventory
  • Analyze customer feedback to drive root cause solutions and improve satisfaction
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team, including managers, coordinators, and technicians
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align service delivery with customer needs
  • Implement tools and systems to boost efficiency and service quality
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
  • Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

  • Full-time, exempt position
  • Starting rate $120k per year
  • On-site role at our Cerritos, California headquarters
  • Typical hours are Monday-Friday, between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • Occasional local and domestic travel may be required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years managing service delivery or operations
  • Experience in kiosk, electronics, or tech manufacturing preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and ERP systems (e.g., Abas)
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communicator across all levels, including customers and executives
  • PMP or other project management certification preferred
