Under the expert guidance of the Executive Director and Chief Nursing Officer, you will collaborate with our nursing leadership to orchestrate, oversee, and innovate within perioperative services, including OR, PACU, sterile processing, and pre-op.   • Liaison Builder: Forge connections between Human Resources and business partners to ensure adherence to educational and regulatory standards.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in your field of practice.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive managerial experience in healthcare, with a background in perioperative services in major medical center with complex surgeries.
  • Valid California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and team supervision.
  • Experience in developing and managing operating budgets.
  • Expertise in relevant computer software programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of cutting-edge clinical treatments and technology within your field.
