- Creating a warm and welcome to everyone and setting the tone for each guest’s experience.
- Working with your restaurant colleagues to offer a seamless food service.
- Anticipating needs of both external and internal guests.
- Delivering food along with natural, vivid description of food in a seamless manner.
- Striving to make every meal truly memorable for our guests by serving up high standards with our signature flair.
- Accurately closing guest checks, processing cash and credit card payments, appropriately settling complimentary items etc.
- Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties when the team needs you.
- Minimizing waste and keeping your supervisor or duty manager in the loop about any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents.
- Take and deliver in-room dining orders accurately and promptly.
- Set up trays or carts in guest rooms, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to service standards.
- Working with Minbars in guest rooms, helping refill them as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries or special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service station.
- Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Prior serving experience required. Experience serving in a similar 4 or 5* environment preferred.
- Must possess Valid Food Worker card and MAST permits.
