Prior experience in plumbing systems is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & ExecutionLead planning, scheduling, and execution of HVAC and plumbing projects from preconstruction to closeoutManage estimating, procurement, installation sequencing, and resource planningOversee contract administration, including scope changes and compliance trackingPrepare and review project documentation such as RFIs, proposals, contracts, and correspondenceMonitor budgets and forecasts to maintain quality and cost-efficiencyClient & Stakeholder CommunicationBuild and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractorsRepresent the company in client meetings and job progress reviewsPromote collaboration and accountability across all project stakeholdersTeam Collaboration & LeadershipHost preconstruction meetings with internal departments to align expectationsCoordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, and Field Operations teamsMentor junior team members and support their ongoing developmentFinancial Oversight & Strategic GrowthTrack billing, costs, and cash flow in collaboration with accountingIdentify opportunities for cost savings and process improvementSupport new business development efforts across the Seattle marketQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)Experience:Minimum of 5+ years managing mechanical construction projects ranging from $100K to $25M+Proven experience in estimating, cost control, and project forecastingBackground in plumbing systems is strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to maintain positive working relationships with clients and teamsSkills:Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skillsExcellent communication abilities (written and verbal)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Familiarity with AutoCAD and Bid Tracer is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and certificationsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Paid time off including holidays, vacation, and sick leave
