We are adding to our finance team.We are searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist who is responsible for various accounting and operational support functions primarily focusing on routing and coding accounts payable invoices and other general accounts payable duties.Responsibilities:
Responsible for collection and maintenance of W9, Business Classification, and vendor banking databases
Processes new supplier, vendor payments, routes and codes invoices within eCMS Content Management
Researches ACH payments and posting accordingly
Responsible for daily bank account reconciliations, verifying and posting all A/P batches within eCMS
Maintains employee company credit cards to include, new orders, fraud alerts, expense track coding assistance, balance adjustments, exporting monthly expenses.
Responsible for expense reimbursements/postings entered in thru Expense Track for both employee reimbursements and credit card expenses.
Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1-2 years’ experience in accounts payable or related financial roles preferred
Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, on computers and other electronic devices
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
