- Drive company box truck and delivery van for equipment and product deliveries and pickups.
- Load, unload, and safely transport carnival games and event supplies to customers or company locations.
- Transfer equipment and products between company-owned warehouses or facilities.
- Maintain delivery schedules and route plans to ensure efficiency and on-time arrivals.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels; track incoming and outgoing equipment and supplies.
- Order warehouse and office supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accuracy of records and systems.
- Oversee the pulling, packing, product and shipping of customer orders by staff.
- Oversee maintenance of company vehicles, equipment and rental inventory.
- Schedule shipments for supplier pickups and ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Coordinate international container shipments, including communication with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and vendors (e.g., containers coming from China).
- Track and report on shipment statuses, delays, and required documentation.
- Supervise and support staff in daily operations including receiving, stocking, packing, staging, and shipping.
- Ensure the team follows safety procedures and meets company standards for accuracy and productivity.
- Communicate regularly with leadership and internal teams regarding logistical updates or issues.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Experience driving box trucks and delivery vans safely and efficiently.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery management.
- Strong understanding of shipping logistics (domestic and international), including container scheduling and customs procedures.
- Proficient in inventory control, stock rotation, and order fulfillment practices.
- Comfortable with warehouse systems and shipment tracking software.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (50–75 lbs) as needed.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience towing trailers.
- Primarily daytime hours, with occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on event delivery or shipping requirements.
- Overtime may be required during peak event seasons.
