- Supervise bottling lines to meet production schedules safely and efficiently.
- Provide technical support and coordinate maintenance.
- Production Management:
- Evaluate production efficiency and implement improvements.
- Establish work schedules and monitor quality standards.
- Safety Leadership:
- Enforce safety regulations and lead safety programs.
- Investigate incidents and participate in safety inspections.
- Employee Development:
- Train and motivate bottling line employees.
- Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive process and product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure timely production and delivery of quality products.
- Address production-related issues quickly.
- Cost Management:
- Recommend cost-saving ideas and track efficiency.
- Analyze and resolve material and waste issues.
- Team Environment:
- Foster a respectful and collaborative team culture.
- Uphold company values and improve workplace climate.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and TTB regulations.
- Take corrective actions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office products
- Proven ability to communicate with all levels in an organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of high speed bottling equipment
- Previous experience as a supervisor in a fast paced production environment
- A proven track record of successful management experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
- Proven knowledge of manufacturing best practices
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- GMP and HACCP experience
