Assist in the development and execution of long-term strategy across the product portfolio including product innovation and portfolio management, sales effectiveness, end-market diversification and commercial excellence. Create standard work associated with analyzing/prioritizing, tracking and executing outgrowth investments with a specific focus on partnering with engineering, product management and program management on NPI ROI and BOC quality. Support profitability initiatives including partnering with PLM's and creating standard work for execution around head & tail process, mix management and complexity management. Establish process rigor around pricing to ensure entitlement through timely actions. Partner with Groups, commercial teams and SCM to ensure appropriate pricing strategies to increase win rate while maintaining profitability. Work on strategic initiatives with Group and ES-A level commercial finance leaders to ensure alignment on processes and scope Lead and execute finance transformation projects to enhance financial performance, streamline processes, and drive strategic growth. Participate in BPI and continuous improvement teams as necessary. Support ICD with developing short-term (forecast), mid-term (annual profit plan) and long term (strategic plan) sales outlook. Partner with operations, marketing, and supply chain on SIOP process. Track win/loss ratio of sales org with salesforce partnership, pipeline and backlog to monitor state of the business. Analyze NEMA market share and key competitor performance in conjunction with ES-A Finance Partner with our Warehouse teams as key business partner to evaluate stock fill rates, re-order points, and inventory management Commercial credit support as needed for cash flow management Manage through transformation change in function and lead various activities associated with it Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field from an accredited institution Five years of progressive experience in finance/accounting Candidates must currently reside within a 50-mile radius of the posting location to be considered.
