This role focuses on quality control, process improvement, and compliance, working with cross-functional teams to maintain excellence in manufacturing.The key responsibilites of the Quality Control Engineer are:
  • Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and inspection protocols.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality issues.
  • Perform statistical process control (SPC) studies and capability analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams to maintain high product quality.
  • Lead risk assessments, FMEA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support customer audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of quality control or quality assurance experience in a military product environment.
  • Experience with military manufacturing, defense contracts, or equipment QC.
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality and reliability.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, SPC, FMEA, and DOE is a plus.
