Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000
Monday - Friday / 9am - 6pmResponsibilities:
- Entering cash deposits
- Entering accounts payable invoices
- Maintaining and updating vendors W9 forms
- Processing Con Edison bills and maintaining a tenant allocation spreadsheet
- Collecting/reconciling/paying American Express bills monthly
- Responsible for daily office operations-maintain physical and virtual office files, organize calendars, set up meetings and zoom calls, answer and direct phone calls.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite/Excel, Word, Outlook
- Familiarity with accounting software a plus
- Proficient with routine office management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
