- Performing a variety of semiskilled tasks in at least two trades in connection with the maintenance, repair and/or construction of buildings and facilities and related equipment and machinery.
- Functioning at the sub-journey level in trades such as carpentry, cabinet making, roofing, painting, or other trades that are less technical and complex. Positions may also perform sub-journey level work in other trades such as electrical, plumbing, masonry, heating and air, or similar specializations.
- Performing tasks ranging from general and routine assignments to those of moderate complexity requiring the application of knowledge and ability acquired from on-the-job training.
- Performing a variety of semi-skilled tasks in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical and general trades.
- Experience in completing work orders
- Experience in the use and care of tools and equipment necessary to the work.
