- Run payroll, track time off, and manage benefits using ADP and other tools.
- Keep employee records accurate and organized, both digitally and on paper.
- Maintain and enhance HR dashboards and analytics to support planning and decision-making.
- Respond to external requests like verifications of employment, audits, unemployment claims, and compliance checks.
- Post job openings and help coordinate hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Answer employee questions about pay, benefits, retirement plans, policies, and HR systems, in English and in Spanish.
- Track and monitor all staff documentation, such as evaluations, signed forms, and training records.
- Provide translation for human resources documents.
- Write and send out internal HR updates; translate when needed.
- Maintain procedure documentation and assist staff with interpreting policies as needed
- Assist with additional projects that support a positive workplace as needed.
- Support and promote the mission, values, goals and objectives of United Way, including representing United Way in professional organizations and the community (as assigned).
- Support fundraising efforts of United Way and activities that support United Way.
- Support United Way annual events, disaster response, and other activities as assigned.
- Participate in staff meetings and in service opportunities.
- Contribute to organizational promotions including writing promotional copy, proofreading informational and campaign materials, participation in outreach, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years’ experience working in human resources
- High computer literacy required: demonstrated ability with MS office including excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
- Full-time: 40 hours, non-exempt
- This role has previously been successful as a flexible part-time role, so if you’d prefer closer to 30 hours, you are encouraged to apply as well!
- Pay Range (H4) 18.21-20.50 per hour
- Plus $.72 per hour Spanish speaking differential
- Supervisory duties: none
- Reports to: Human Resources Manager
- Location: Greeley, CO
- Hybrid Capability: Up to 40% remote as part of a hybrid work arrangement, beginning after 90 days of employment with supervisor approval.
- Background and credit check required
- Insurance options include voluntary medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance, as well as automatic life insurance, and an available FSA plan.
