TRC has partner with our client in the global manufacturer specializing in delivering innovative commercial refrigeration and merchandising solutions to the food retail sector looking to hire a Senior Customer Quality Engineer to join their team!Onsite: Atlanta, GADirect Hire Opportunity!Senior Customer Quality Engineer to serve as the key liaison between customers and internal teams. This role partners closely with the service management team to capture and respond to customer feedback, while working with technical leads to investigate, identify root causes, and drive rapid resolution of issues.Key Responsibilities:· Manage customer complaints and inquiries via email, phone, and onsite visits, addressing issues such as equipment performance (e.g., doors not closing, cooling inefficiencies).· Track and analyze quality trends, identifying recurring issues with specific parts or equipment.· Collaborate with engineering teams to provide detailed feedback on product improvements.· Organize and maintain quality documentation, ensuring accurate tracking of issues and resolutions.· Conduct meetings with clients (virtually via Teams and in-person) to provide updates and gather feedback.· Partner with internal Dover Food business units to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.· Minimum of 7 years of experience managing customer interactions and feedback to improve product quality.· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze trends and drive effective resolutions.· Excellent organizational and communication skills.· Willingness to travel up to 40%.TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
