We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Consultant! As an FP&A Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to deliver comprehensive financial planning and analysis services. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic financial professional to contribute to our clients’ success through insightful analysis, forecasting, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in financial modeling and strategic planning.Your daily responsibilities as an FP&A Consultant will generally include:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and analysis
  • Provide insight into key financial drivers, trends, and potential areas for improvement
  • Lead the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze variances, identify opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
  • Understand client business objectives and align financial strategies accordingly
  • Contribute to the development of strategic financial plans that align with client goals and objectives
  • Provide insights to drive business performance
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and presentations to clients
  • Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in FP&A process
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in financial analysis
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in FP&A roles or management consulting with a focus on financial analysis, and at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using tools like Excel and financial planning software
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial analysis
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
  • Commitment to duration and needs of project
