As a Financial Analyst, you'll work with an elite team of accounting and finance professionals who are writing the history of our organization and guiding our success as a global industry leader. This role will communicate and work directly with senior leadership on a daily basis. That's a lot of responsibility, but you will have the support and resources of a Fortune 5 industry leader behind you every step of the way.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provider Compensation and Incentive Calculations:
  • Perform monthly and quarterly calculations of provider productivity and quality initiatives that adjust their compensation
  • Develop reporting results and present to Sr. Management and operations leadership
  • Presenting and educating physicians on compensation plans and incentives
  • Continuous financial analysis and modeling of employed provider compensation plans for primary care and specialties
  • Clinical P&L Management:
  • Manage the reporting and analysis of Revenue and SG&A
  • Research and understand business operations to identify margin improvement initiatives
  • Lead, track, and follow up with Sr. leaders on efficiency initiatives
  • Oversee the improvement of clinical financials on a detailed and segmented basis
  • Partner with operational Sr. leaders to assist in setting statistical metrics to enhance awareness of contractual and operational performance
  • Forecasting and Budgeting:
  • Partners with Sr. and departmental leaders to oversee the budget creation and quarterly forecasting
  • Develops cost/benefit analyses and staffing needs for key strategies or initiatives
  • Participates and develops company-wide business plan and strategies
  • Acquisition Analysis and Presentation:
  • Perform detailed financial and qualitative analysis on potential acquisitions of provider groups and network deals
  • Partner with M&A team to validate financial modeling assumptions, facilitate due diligence, and assist with the financial and accounting integration
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Assist in Capital Asset Requests and FTE Requisitions
  • Creation and management of ad hoc requests and reporting from Sr. Management and Regional/National Finance requests

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting,
  • 2+ years of progressive professional experience in finance and/or accounting
  • Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA license or MBA Degree
  • Hyperion Essbase, Planful, PeopleSoft and general database experience
  • Leadership experience with the ability to develop others and create a positive team-based work environment
  • Experience working in healthcare
  • Experience working directly with providers/physicians
  • Proven executive presence with excellent communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders (ability to translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences)
