Your day kicks off with a quick scan of the calendar-you've got a leadership meeting to prep for, an event to finalize, and a few community visitors scheduled to stop by. Before the phone starts ringing, you send a quick thank-you to volunteers helping tonight.The morning moves fast. You update records, confirm schedules, answer a few calls, and welcome a visitor who needs help finding the right person. You draft the weekly newsletter and post a short update on social media to spread the word about an upcoming program.By midday, you're coordinating event details, ordering supplies, and making sure everyone has what they need for the afternoon meeting. When a teammate drops in with a last-minute request, you jump in-printing materials, setting up a space, or tracking down key information.Later, you review next week's schedule, double-check that event logistics are covered, and wrap up with a quick scan of your to-do list.Before you leave, you take a moment to appreciate that your work didn't just keep things organized-it helped connect people, support the team, and make a real difference in the community.What You'll Do:
● Keep schedules, communications, and details organized and on track.
● Answer phone and email inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
● Prepare newsletters, announcements, and event materials.
● Coordinate volunteers and support community programs.
● Maintain accurate records and organized files.
● Assist with marketing and social media updates.
● Support leadership, staff, and team members in their daily work.What You'll Bring:
- A talent for organization and time management.
- Clear, friendly written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel) or equivalent Google products, and familiarity with database software. (ACS Realm preferred)

This is a full-time (40-hrs/week), on-site position in Huntsville, AL. You'll typically work Sunday-Thursday, daytime hours with some evenings/Saturdays. Flex-time or approved overtime for when you're needed outside regular hours.Pay: Salary starting at $45,000, based on experience.
