Responsibilities:*$1,500 Sign On Bonus*As a Cook, you will prepare food for our patients, staff, and visitors, following safe cooking techniques. You will take pride and have a passion for cooking for those who cannot cook for themselves. You understand that most guests at our facility dine with us for a reason, and take great pride in giving them one less thing to worry about.To be successful as a Cook, you should be able to use various cooking techniques and methods to prepare meals that meet our customers’ expectations. Ultimately, a top-notch cook should be able to handle multiple food orders without compromising on quality. You must enjoy leading and helping others and working in a fast-paced, fun environment!
  • Prepares food for patients, staff, and visitors of the healthcare facility following safe cooking techniques.
  • Supports quality control measures such as recipe adherence and food quality consistency.
  • Maintains kitchen area to state required sanitary standards.
  • Completes all tasks on duty while adhering to safety standards and policies of the hospital.
*Must be able to work any shift from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM on any day of the week. Shifts and hours scheduled will fluctuate.* Qualifications:Minimum:
  • One (1) year Food Service experience
  • A Food Handlers Permit Within 30-days of Hire
Preferred:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Cooking Experience
