- Prospecting & Outreach: Drive outbound sales activity through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to engage new potential clients across targeted sectors.
- Trade Show Engagement: Attend key industry trade shows and events to generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up meetings.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, confirm fit, and qualify them for next steps with the technical sales team.
- CRM Management: Using our CRM tools, maintain detailed records of outreach, ensuring all leads are tracked, nurtured, and followed up on effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to continuously improve outreach messaging, lead quality, and hand-off processes.
- 3+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation (engineering/technical industries a plus).
- Proven ability to generate leads through proactive outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own pipeline effectively.
- Experience using CRM systems to track and manage leads.
- Comfortable representing the company at trade shows and events.
